He is best known for writing and singing on Wiz Khalifa's single "See You Again", taken from the Furious 7 soundtrack, as a tribute to the late Paul Walker. The song became a huge success, peaking at the top of the Billboard Hot 100. "See You Again" also topped the charts in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Canada, Germany, Italy, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and peaked within the top ten of the charts in the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Chile and France. Puth has released his first single called "Marvin Gaye", featuring guest vocals by Meghan Trainor.
